Freshman/JV game Tomorrow News

Due to logistical issues related to the possible incoming weather, Boone will have a very limited concession stand for tomorrow’s freshmen/junior varsity game against East River. Please plan accordingly.

Freshman Football Parent Meeting August 28th

There will be a freshman football parent meeting next Wednesday at 6:00 in Jr/Sr Café. Please be sure to attend this meeting if you have a student on the team.

Informational Meeting for 9th Grade Football

There will be an informational meeting for 9th grade football at Boone High School on May 22 at 6pm. The meeting will be held in the 700 building classroom. Parking will be available in the Wadeview parking Lot.

Freshman Football Season Update

Due to low numbers at the freshmen football level, we will be combining the two teams for the remainder of the season. There will now be JV only games on the following dates with game times starting at 6:00 p.m. 9/27 vs. Edgewater (at Boone) 6:00 10/4 vs. Freedom (at Boone) 6:00 10/11 vs. Timber Creek

Freshman Football Fell Short on the Night

The freshman football team played Wekiva last night, falling short. With ample rain not helping on the night, the Braves lost 0-22. They will be back in action next week!

Freshman Football Falls Short on Home Opener

The Braves Freshman football team lost a tough game to the Lake Nona Lions last night 7-0. The Braves were led with defensive interceptions by Jack Canddelaria and Derrion Felder and strong defensive play by John Blem. The Braves take on the University Cougars next Thursday at University High School.

Freshman Football Parent Meeting

There will be a Freshman Football Parent Meeting on at 6:30 pm on August 22nd, in the 700 Bld. classroom. (Building nearest Wadeview Park). All parents with a child(ren) participating in Freshman Football, needs to attend.
