Boys Golf District Results: Two players advance to regionals

1.   There will be conditioning for boys basketball October 29th thru November 1st, 2:35- 3:30. All boys should meet at the football stadium, dressed and ready by 2:35. Bowling Results versus Oak Ridge

The Boys bowling team improved to 13-1 on the season by defeating Oak Ridge 2598-2228. High Series by Jacob Hopper with a 612. The girls fought hard but lost to Oak Ridge 2246-2061. Congrats On Girls Golf For Placing 2nd at Districts

The girls golf team placed 2nd in our District tournament at Twin Rivers.  The Lady Braves were led by junior Dina Rami who played outstanding all day and shot a 74.  Sophomore, Emma Parker also stayed focused and helped the Braves advance  by finishing with a 92.  The ladies will now advance to the Regional tournament

Varsity Football Takes Down Timber Creek with a Shut Out

The varsity football team traveled to Timber Creek last Friday night for a key district match-up and came away with a shutout, winning 23-0. The Braves were led by senior quarterback Owen Connell who completed 4 of his 5 passing attempts for 138 yards and 2 touchdowns, including a 74-yd TD strike to running back

Lady Braves Volleyball Move On To Semi-Finals Tonight!

Yesterday, the Lady Braves volleyball team defeated University 3 games to 1, winning 27-25, 17-25, 26-24 and 25-11 in the district quarterfinals. Tonight, they take on #1 seed Timber Creek in the semifinals at Winter Park H.S. at 5:00. Winner advances to the district championship at 7:00 on Thursday night in the Winter Park gym.

Girls Basketball Tryouts Start October 29th

Try-outs for girl’s basketball will be held October 29th – 31st. All girls interested in trying out for basketball this season must have a valid sports physical on file with the Athletic Trainer and must be in good academic standing with at least a 2.0 gpa.
