Boone Grabs Lead In Seventh Inning For Victory Over East River JV.  Braves JV baseball defeated East River JV 9-7 on Tuesday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at seven with Boone batting in the top of the seventh when Jay Brackett singled on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs.

Jacob Mitchell got the start for Boone Braves JV. The pitcher lasted two-thirds of an inning, allowing five hits and six runs while striking out one.

Boone Braves JV racked up 15 hits. Jack Lynch, Evin Davis, Ben Brackett, PJ Meng, and James Crews all managed multiple hits for Boone. Davis and Lynch each collected three hits to lead the team. Lynch led Boone with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with nine stolen bases.
