Track CONDITIONING: Every Tuesday and Thursday prior to tryouts. Dress in the 700 building locker rooms and arrive at the track ready to warm up, stretch, and workout each day at 3:00 p.m. We will finish by 4:30 p.m. We meet in the stadium bleachers. DO NOT leave your backpacks in the locker rooms unless you have a locker. Bring them with you.
TRYOUTS: Tuesday, January, 22 – Thursday, January 24: Tryouts 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. You must be here every day so we can accurately assess your abilities. Below are standards for the running events.
100 Meters –400 Meters– 1600 Meters
Girls 13.8 –1:15 –7:15
Boys 12.8 –1:05 –6:15
